Breakthroughs & The Biggest Loser

So week one was really rough. I didn't have my husband last week. Its amazing how much he supports me. Without him around it was hard to stay on track. Especially since I was in and out of our house and at the Dovidios (Anthony's parents house). I don't like staying out at the ranch without my husband. Its creepy. But anyways staying on track with diet and exercise was rough. I am just glad that week is over.  Although I miss Abbie and Grace already.

Week two is going a lot better. I had a two hour work out today which rocked my tail off. I think I will be very sore tomorrow, which I am happy about. Weird. I know. So for those wondering what my diet is like... we are having baked salmon, sweet potatoes, and veggies tonight. I hope it turns out well. My new favorite snack is low-fat cottage cheese and grapes. Also low-fat yogurt and berries (raspberries, bluberries, and strawberries) rocks for breakfast!

As far as motivation I like to watch youtube videos of other figure competitors and get tips off the internet. My new TV obsession is the biggest loser. Its amazing how hard they work on that show. And Jillian just is so cool. I love how she pushes the contestants so hard and then picks them up after they break through what is holding them back. For me I think my diabetes has always held me back from pushing myself to the limit.  I am ready to take hold of my destiny. Also God has really pushed me to trust him with finances, health issues, and my husband and I's future. Although I don't want to relate God and Jillian... God is my Jillian on steriods... obviously way better than Jillian because he is my sustainer, my pusher, my help, my strength, and my hope. Wow. What a breakthrough! :D

Check out the biggest loser online too... it might just motivate you as well...
